钻井液循环系统

我公司开发了多功能泥浆净化、循环系统，可为ZJ10、 ZJ15、 ZJ20、 ZJ25、 ZJ30、ZJ40、 ZJ50、 ZJ70、ZJ90等各型钻机及车载钻机进行配套。本产品已形成系列化、规格化，并可根据不同地区钻井情况，单独设计制造合适的成套泥浆净化设备。泥浆固控系统由振动筛、除砂器、除泥器、除气器、砂泵、搅拌器、离心机、循环罐等组成，泥浆固相含量可以控制在0.2%以内，确保泥浆性能达到国际标准。

We have developed multi-function mud purifying and circulating system, which can match with ZJ10,ZJ15, ZJ20, ZJ25, ZJ30, ZJ40, ZJ50, ZJ70, ZJ90 Driling rig and Truck- mounted rig. According to differentwell site requirements we can separately design and produce suitable mud purifying equipment.The system consists of Shale shaker, Desander, Desilter, Degaser, Sand pump, Agitator,Centrifuge andCirculating tank. Mud solid phase can be controlled within 0.2% to ensure the mud reach the internationalstandard requirements.
