无绷绳修井机

无绷绳修井机是根据油田小型修井作业浅井数量多、作业周期短的特点开发的一种无需安装风载绷绳的小型修井机，其它绷绳安装在自身支撑上，无需地锚固定，大大提高拆卸移运效率:能在调整工况风速( 12级60kN )和作业工况最大风速( 8级35kN )的环境下进行作业，适应大多数油田浅井作业环境。独特的防侧翻和防后翻装置，反倾斜显示仪，保证了作业时的安全稳定。无绷绳修井机技术适应在XJ150，XJ250，XJ350和XJ450等 中小型机型中适用。

The workover rig is a small workover rig on which there is no need to install wind load guy lines according to large number of shallow well and short operation cycle. The other guy lines are installed on its own support without anchor fixing, which greatly improves the efficiency of disassembly and remove. It can work under condition of adjustable wind speed ( 12 Grade 60kN ) and maximum wind speed ( 8 Grade 35kN ) , suitable for shallow oil well in most oil fields. Unique anti- rollover and anti- overturn devices, anti- slope displayer ensure security and stability during working. The technology adapts to small and medium- -sized type workover rig XJ150，XJ250，XJ350 and XJ450, etc.
